Carnival Disbursements/AGM 2017

Please note that Carnival AGM has been called and will be held on Tuesday 14th November. This is to be held in The Methodist Hall at 7:30pm

All Executive and Committee members will have to stand down and then election of new Committee will take place.

We need new Committee members, remember it's everyone's Carnival and we need new faces on the team to help run 2018 and beyond

Disbursement applications need to be submitted to any committee member by Tuesday 17th October 2017.
Please note whilst every application is considered, we will only put disbursement funds towards purchasable items that are needed.
