Wiltshire Council's new app for fault reporting

Wiltshire Council now has an app that you can download to your iphone or android phone which you can use to report problems to them with.

It allows you to also take photographs of the issue and send that at the same time. Calls are logged immediately and a reference given that you can use to chase the issue should it not be resolved.

You can report an issue with any of the following things using the app:

  • Dead animal in the road or verge
  • Dog mess
  • Flooding
  • Fly-posting
  • Fly-tipping

  • Oil / debris on the road
