Grant for cricket nets
Good news for sporting activities in the village – Aldbourne Dabchicks Cricket Club has just been awarded a £932 grant for training nets.
These will be used in conjunction with the hard base laid on Palmers Field to provide a training facility for the cricket club in Aldbourne.
The grant was made by the Marlborough Area Board on May 29th at a meeting held in the Memorial Hall.
