Help needed for ALEC Murder Mystery

Please see the following message from Richard Lester:

It’s time for ALEC’s annual production of a Murder Mystery to aid the carnival festivities and maybe even help our own funds as well.

These are always fun events to be involved in, no word learning (we hold the scripts), very few rehearsals (3 are planned) with some well-meaning but sometimes inept directing from this year’s director Peter Lawler.

Please come along and join in. These productions are ideal for beginners and experienced actors alike as its meant to be a fun evening. If you can’t make the read through but would like to be considered for a part then contact Peter (details below).

Murder Mystery evening read through at 7:30pm on Wednesday 15th August in the Methodist Hall.

  • Performance Date: Friday 31st August at 7-ish.
  • The venue: This year its in the Garden of Manor Farm by kind permission of William and Ann Brown.
  • The Play: Death By Natural Causes

The cast 4 male and 4 female (or 5 male and 3 female depending on the gender of the detective) ranging in age from 20 to 50+.

Go on… you know you want to!

Cheers,

Richard
